- 透過觀課、同儕觀課及校本老師教學經驗分享,促進跨學習領域的專業知識交流。
- 透過新入職老師導入工作,讓新老師了解及適應學校環境,發展和反思自己的專業學科知識和教學技巧
- 透過身心靈的體驗活動或工作坊,讓老師開啟新視野,豐富身心靈。
- 積極鼓勵教師參加教育局及其他教育團體舉辦的課程、講座、工作坊等,掌握教育新趨勢。
Teacher professional development
Aims:
- To enable teachers to acquire and learn new knowledge and skills in education, and continue to enhance their teaching or management effectiveness through various Tung Wah and school-based teacher professional development activities.
- To facilitate the exchange of professional knowledge across teaching & learning areas through lesson observation, peer observation and school-based teacher teaching experience sharing.
- To conduct new staff induction work for newly recruited teachers, which enables them to understand and adapt to the school environment, develop and reflect on their professional subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- To promote teachers’ physical and mental well-being through various experiential activities or workshops.
- To actively encourage teachers to participate in courses, lectures, workshops, etc. organized by the Education Bureau and other educational organizations to keep up with the new trends in education.
