個人資料收集聲明
- 你所提供的資料將用作本校處理中一自行分配學位申請。如入學申請不被接納，本校將銷毁一切有關的個人資料。
- 本校可能把收集所得的個人資料向教育局披露，以便核實資料。
- 你必須在申請表格提供有關的個人資料。倘若所提供的資料不充份，本校可能無法處理你的申請。
- 根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》香港特別行政區法例第486章第18和22條及附表一第6原則的規定，你有權查閱及更正你的個人資料，惟必須以書面向本校提出要求。
Personal Information Collection Statement
- Personal data collected will be used for the application for S.1 discretionary places and related matters. Information on unsuccessful candidates will normally be destroyed after rejection of the application.
- School may disclose to the Education Bureau any information collected for verification purposes.
- Applicants must provide personal information. The school may not be able to process the application if information is missing.
- Under Articles 18 and 22 of Personal Information (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486, HKSAR Ordinance), applicants are entitled to enquire about or amend your personal information in the form of a written request made to our school.
